Under the US Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), as amended by the 2019 federal minimum-age law and FDA Deeming Rule, and California's Stop Tobacco Access to Kids Enforcement Act ("STAKE Act") / Business & Professions Code 22958 et seq., it is illegal for any retailer to sell, furnish, or deliver a nicotine product, including ENDS (electronic nicotine delivery systems, i.e. vapes, e-cigarettes, pod systems, and e-liquids), to any person under 21 years of age.
By visiting www.papaking.fun, creating an account, attempting to add items to a cart, or placing an order, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are at least 21 years of age and that any product you receive will be used exclusively by you or another adult aged 21 or older. Any knowing misrepresentation of age in order to obtain nicotine products from Papaking is a crime in the State of California and under federal law, and may be punishable by fine, misdemeanor charges, or both.
Every order placed on www.papaking.fun is automatically and instantly run through a third-party, FTC-Compliant age-verification service at checkout before any payment is charged. Our vendor cross-references the first name, last name, full street address, city, state, ZIP code, email, and phone number you provide at checkout against over 30 trusted public and private databases, including USPS Delivery Point Validation, state DMV records (where legally permitted), credit bureau header data, and commercially available adult-identity datasets.
If an exact, high-confidence match is returned confirming that you are 21 years of age or older, your order proceeds to processing and payment automatically. Approximately 90% of customers are verified instantly at this step with no further action required.
For approximately 10% of orders — typically recently-moved customers, first-time buyers, users with PO-box / forwarding addresses, name changes after marriage, or thin-file consumers — Step 1 will not return a high-confidence match. Papaking operates a zero-tolerance policy for any attempt — successful or otherwise — to purchase nicotine products through our website while under the age of 21, or to use a false name, false address, false date of birth, stolen or borrowed ID, stolen credit card, drop-shipping forwarder, or any other means or artifice to evade our age-verification controls. Any such attempt, or attempted circumvention of any age-control or compliance measure we implement, will result in — at a minimum — immediate permanent ban from the www.papaking.fun platform (account, email, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, and ship-to address), cancellation of all pending orders without refund, reporting to our age-verification vendor's shared cross-retailer fraud database, notification of the appropriate state or local law-enforcement authorities, and — where we have reason to believe a minor received product or was exposed to nicotine — civil prosecution or referral for criminal prosecution where permitted by law.
As a Papaking customer, you agree to: (a) provide accurate and truthful information at all times; (b) update your account when your name, address, or contact information changes; (c) promptly respond to any reasonable verification inquiry within 5 business days; (d) ensure that Papaking packages are received only by adults 21+ in your household; and (e) store every nicotine product you receive in a securely locked cabinet or location out of sight and reach of children, minors, teenagers, pets, and individuals with cognitive impairment. Nicotine — even in small quantities — is extremely toxic to children and pets, and even small accidental ingestions can be fatal. If you suspect that any person or animal has ingested nicotine-containing product, call Poison Control immediately at 1-800-222-1222 and seek emergency medical care.
