Thank you for shopping Papaking. Below is a summary of our shipping services, cutoffs, and responsibilities. Orders are shipped only to addresses where the sale, possession, and use of nicotine vapor products are legal under applicable US state, local, and federal law.
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days of receipt (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays and the days between Christmas and New Year). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a federal holiday begin processing on the next business day. During promotional events, flash sales, or new product launches, fulfillment may require up to 3 business days — we appreciate your patience.
Every age-restricted order is subject to third-party age and identity verification (see Age Verification Policy at /pages/age-verification) at no additional cost to you. In rare cases this can add up to 24 hours to the processing window. If our verification vendor is unable to verify your age or identity from the information provided at checkout, we will contact you by email to request documentation; failure to respond within 5 business days will result in order cancellation and full refund.
We ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. All orders are subject to a signature-on-delivery requirement by an adult aged 21 or older at the shipping address, at our sole option or where required by state law.

Transit times are estimated in business days and begin after the order is shipped, not after the order is placed. USPS, UPS, and FedEx service guarantees are suspended during severe weather, national carrier operational surges, and peak holiday shipping seasons.
All orders shipping to US addresses are charged applicable state and local sales tax at checkout, based on the ship-to jurisdiction. Some US states additionally impose a per-milliliter excise tax or vape-specific regulatory fee on e-liquids. Papaking remits all legally required vape-specific taxes directly to state revenue departments on all taxable orders.
At this time, Papaking ships select products internationally to Canada, United Kingdom, the 27 member states of the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand, on a limited, destination-by-destination basis. International shipping rates, duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees — including any nicotine import duties, VAT, IOSS, GST, excise tax, and any other import levies — are the sole responsibility of the customer. Packages returned to us due to refusal to pay duties or taxes, or due to import prohibition in the destination country, will be refunded for the value of the product only minus outbound shipping, return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or any jurisdiction that prohibits the importation of nicotine-containing products.
Once your order ships you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your carrier name, tracking number(s), and an estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to activate on the carrier website.
If your package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, or building management, and then open a case directly with the carrier. If the package remains missing after 3 business days, contact us at support@papaking.fun with your order number and we will assist you with a carrier insurance claim. Papaking is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier has completed a successful delivery scan at the address provided.
Address corrections: If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please email us immediately at support@papaking.fun before your order ships. We cannot change addresses or intercept packages once they have been dispatched. Packages returned to our warehouse by the carrier as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are subject to a $6.99 redelivery fee plus any additional carrier surcharges, or — if the customer prefers a refund — the product amount minus outbound shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
All orders are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. In the rare event that your package arrives visibly damaged, leaking, dented, opened, tampered with, or with contents missing, please do the following within 48 hours of delivery: (1) take clear, timestamped photos of the unopened exterior packaging showing damage, (2) take photos of the opened package interior including packing materials, and (3) email these photos with your order number to support@papaking.fun. We will file a carrier damage claim and either send an immediate replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund including original shipping, at your option. Reports received more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be processed.
